Support coordination is a vital capacity-building support within the NDIS framework, designed to help participants make the most of their plans. It enables individuals to understand their plans, connect with various supports, and build the confidence and skills needed to manage their supports effectively. Support coordination services are provided by support coordinators or specialist support coordinators, depending on the participant's specific needs.
